The boys pulled off a fantastic show last night. Great set (shame they opted for 'Time to Get Ill' over 'No Sleep til Brooklyn' (haven't seen that live since 1987). Bit of a mixed crowd though - I stood downstairs, towards the back, and it seemed like half of the people around me didn't really want to be there. MMM dropped some crazy beats (including a break from the film 'Wildstyle' at the end of Sure Shot. Off the Grid!!

Or was that 'Wilydstyle' break at the end of 'So What'cha Want'?? Can't remember - it was good night!!

Top show it was. Saw them years ago on the Ill Communication tour, but this was far better. Great to hear so many old classics from Paul's Boutique, CYH and IC. Mix-up stuff went down pretty well as well. Reminded me what amazing musicians they all are.

    Flute Loop
    Skills to Pay the Bills
    Time to Get Ill

    That's what I call a grand slam!

Spank Rock opened!? Wow. That would have been alot better than Peanut Butter Wolf. Why are these openers going unannounced on bboys.com?

It's a shame that Booty Boys don't advertise who their opening bands are going to be because it shows support, love & all that jazz for the openers...but whatever! It's not the opener fans really care about. Right?
