Definitely an instrumental album in June
Take a peak at the email that I received last night from a friend at the Beastie Boys' record label. I underlined the important parts in red, confirming the release date and format of the new album.

I will fully embrace an instrumental album by the Beastie Boys. I think it's a sexy idea that only a sexy band could come up with.
some fans autmatically think an instrumental album will suck. they should hear the music before they review it.

@Junker: No. I have a professional relationship with the label. They tell me a lot of things about a lot of bands.
