I can't wait to see it!
I hope it's better/funnier than the Make Some Noise video which was awful. I wish there were real humans (the band) attached to the new album at some point. Beastie Boys are like ghosts these days.
Beastie Boys in the hands of Spike Jonze is a sure thing. Remember a little video called "Sabotage"? I'm fuckin stoked to see it.
The return of Sasquatch - I love it!
This video is only going to make me want a set of those dolls more. And YES they are dolls!
If the video is done, why do we have to wait another 2 weeks to see it? Put that shit up on the official site now.
That pic looks curiously familiar ;)
@AstroBBoy LOL...yes, it should look familiar to you.
Shouldn't the caption on the video shot be "Mike D, can you pass me the COCONUT lotion?" :D
I'm hopeful about this video not sucking. Beasties and Spike have a good track record together.
Ha-ha! I noticed the sasquatch in the helicopter in the last video pic on the hotel blog is the same sasquatch Yauch posed his action figure with on Oscilloscope's site. http://www.oscilloscope.net/?page_id=21
I was hoping it would be this Sasquatch: http://goo.gl/UicBT
@Fittonia There's a reason the boys have been MIA quite often with this project. With Yauch still not healthy enough to get back on stage or do any serious promotion, a lot of what little promotion they can do isn't really going to involve them directly. Mike and Horovitz can do interviews and the like, but actual music videos that they themselves star in, live performances....that stuff is going to have to wait. We're Beasties fans, we're used to long waits.
