Beastie Boys to headline All Points West
Organizers of the All Points West Festival announced the line-up today. Beastie Boys will be headlining the first day of the three-day music festival, which takes place at Liberty State Park in Jersey City, on July 31. Ticket presale begins on April 2; public on-sale on April 3.

I'm interested in going. What's the crowd like - hippies, hipsters or old folks?
Last year was the festival's inaugural event. I attended it. I enjoyed it, even though the event organizers had underestimated festival-goers needs. There wasn't enough food, drink, rain gear, etc. Organizers acknowledged the errors made last year and promise there won't be a repeat this year. The audience was predominantly young (18-24).
The festival had a good vibe. I recommend it.
